Autofunds, a platform operated by Integex Solutions Inc. ("Autofunds", "we", "our", or "us"), provides dealership management software and related services exclusively to licensed automobile dealers based in the United States. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws.

10. Dealer Site Disclaimers
Autofunds provides tools, forms, and integrations that dealers may embed or host on their own customer-facing websites, such as:

Embedded inventory widgets
Payment calculators or quote generators
These features may collect personal information from consumers on behalf of the dealership.
A. Responsibility for Consumer Data
Autofunds acts only as a technology provider for these tools. The dealership is solely responsible for:
Publishing and maintaining a legally compliant privacy policy on its website
Disclosing how consumer information is collected, stored, shared, and used
Obtaining any necessary consents from consumers
Ensuring compliance with applicable consumer privacy laws, such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), FTC Safeguards Rule, and state privacy laws
Autofunds does not assume liability for consumer data collected or processed through dealer-controlled websites.
B. White-Labeled Privacy Policy Templates
Upon request, Autofunds may provide template privacy notices or language that dealers can use on their websites. These templates are offered as a convenience and do not constitute legal advice. Dealers must consult with their own legal counsel before adopting or publishing any policy.
11. Children’s Privacy
Autofunds does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under the age of 13, nor do we target or market our Services to minors.
The Autofunds platform is intended solely for use by licensed automobile dealerships and their authorized employees or representatives, all of whom must be at least 18 years of age.
If we learn that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at support@autofunds.com so we can take appropriate action.
12. International Data Transfers
Autofunds is operated and hosted in the United States. All data collected through our platform is stored and processed on servers located within the U.S.
We do not actively market, offer, or provide services to users or dealerships located outside of the United States.
If you are accessing the Services from outside the U.S., you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We do not transfer personal data internationally unless explicitly authorized by the user or required to fulfill an integration or business function initiated by a U.S.-based customer.
